Lounge Assistant Manager - Eurostar Business Lounge

The Lounge Assistant Manager will work in the Eurostar Business Lounge and their main role will be to ensure that the standard of service is in line with the BCN. Driven by passion and ensures that the customers receive an unforgettable experience no matter the circumstances. The Lounge Assistant Manager is a talented guest focused individual who prides their person to deliver excellent levels of customer service to our business class customers through their team. The Lounge Assistant Manager is the Ambassador of Momentum Services Limited and represents the savoir faire in term of customer service to the customers and our client. The Lounge assistant Manager is able to deputy the Lounge Manager when requiered.

Tasks

Key Areas of responsibility:

  • Ensures good running of the E* lounge
  • Supports the Lounge manager with all Business Lounge related topics
  • Deputise for the Lounge manager when required
  • Improves the Customer services delivered in the lounge using the tools available as well as implementing new processes
  • Day to day Front of house
  • Accountable for the Business Lounge Results
  • Accountable for the Team Leaders development
  • Implements and role model the BCN

Management of departmental team:

  • Team Training and development
  • HR management in correlation with HR department
  • Ensures the Business Premier Lounge complies with legal and contractual obligations
  • Ensures that all processes are implemented
  • Knowledge of Bar service/ Mixologist skills

Financial aspects of the job:

  • Ensures that the Business Premier Lounge department follows financial and budgetary requirements
  • Investigates on any overspend in the department when the Lounge Manager is not available

Profile

Person specifications for the position:

  • Fluent in French and English, Dutch can be an asset
  • Computer Literate
  • Managerial and supervision ability
  • Experience within the Catering/ Mixologist / Hospitality industry, both practical and theoretical knowledge
  • Experience within a customer focused organization
