HOSPITALITY WORKING MANAGER

Our brand-new kebab restaurant, Ninja, located in Antwerp, is renowned for its authentic flavors and high-quality ingredients. We strive to offer our customers the best kebab experience, with a focus on quality, service, and a warm atmosphere.

Tasks

As a Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for leading our staff and en suring the quality of our service. You will oversee a team and ensure that all operational aspects run smoothly. Your role is essential to the success

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Leading the front-of-house staff during service
• Creating staff schedules, hiring new colleagues, and training/supervising staff as
needed
• Greeting guests and guiding them during their visit to the restaurant
• Actively working alongside staff during service
• Providing a customer-friendly experience with attention to detai of our establishment.

Profile

REQUIREMENTS
• 2-5 years of experience in a leadership role in hospitality
• Front-of-house technical insight is a must
• Ability to perform well in stressful situations
• Natural flair
• Sense of responsibility
• Flexible and enthusiastic team leader
• Hands-on mentality
