Yum Yum is looking for an all-around floor manager to oversee & boost two of their most popular concepts: La Taqueria & Sumac, located on the lively Marnixplaats in Antwerp.

La Taqueria & Sumac are fun street food concepts that offer delicious food and good vibes in a relaxed atmosphere. Clients should feel like they are on holiday when they visit and our staff is vital to this experience.

• Create, coach & manage a good team: recruit, train, improve, build !
• Manage the staff planning & staff cost
• Be the person of contact between your team, kitchen team & higher management
• Uplift the restaurant experience for our customers
• All around management of staff, costs, supply, orders, hygiene etc.
• Develop systems to be more productive & efficient, move faster & implement feedback on all levels
