We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food and Beverage Manager for Thon Hotel City Centre Brussels.

The ideal candidate will:

• oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets
• ensure high standards of quality and service
• manage budgets and inventory
• maintain strict health and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include staff recruitment and training, customer satisfaction, event coordination, and developing marketing strategies. The role demands excellent financial acumen, strong leadership, and effective.

• Experience: Solid background in the F&B department with previous experience as an F&B Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Customer Oriented: Prioritize delivering exceptional guest experiences, adapt to changing needs, and aim to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal abilities, fluent in English and French; Dutch and/or other languages are a plus.
• Flexibility: No 9-5 mentality, willing to work during weekends and bank holidays.
• Stress Resistant: Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
