Tasks
For the Chef at Vis van A, we are looking for someone with a lot of enthusiasm and eagerness to lift this concept to a high level and provide guests with a unique experience with the entire team.
Responsibilities:
- Under the guidance of the chef you are responsible for the preparation of existing and new recipes.
- You are responsible for the preparation and processing of the delivered products.
- You make dishes for both the restaurant and the fish market.
- You are responsible for the mise-en-place, both individually and in a team.
- You maintain the order and cleanliness of the kitchen and the material.
Profile
- You are an experienced chef, driven by gastronomy.
- You have knowledge of contemporary kitchen techniques and products.
- You have an eye for order and cleanliness (aware of HACCP).
- You are a team player who can also work independently.
- You are respectful to your colleagues.
- Your mother tongue is Dutch, English or French.
