Doing this with the noodle shop, Little BÚN, in the Sint Jorispoort and the BÚN Bar & Restaurant in the Volkstraat. Awarded Gault Millau "Asian of the year" shortly after opening and prolonging their Michelin Bib Gourmand for multiple years.
Tâches
- Being able to run a section
- Organizing preparations and orders
- Running your production and the service while
- Maintain cleaning and hygiene procedures
- Thinking along and developing dishes and efficiency
Profil
- You have a predilection for Asian cuisine and culture.
- Have experience in a fine dining kitchen
- Work with an enthusiastic and proactive attitude
- Good communicative and motivational attitude towards colleagues
- Carries out the responsibilities of the position accurately in preparation/closing
Horaires de travail
- Tuesday - Saturday
