Local Dealer Food Inc. opened a new location in the center of Antwerp, Belgium. A vibrant spot on Wolf foodmarket in Felix Pakhuis in Antwerpen. Local Dealer is a Mexican kitchen where we mainly serve tacos and ceviches. It is all about sharing, bringing people together and celebrating life. Our flagshack restaurant is in Amsterdam, the Netherlands and we are expanding to Belgium.

As a Chef de Partie you play a key role in the Kitchen team of Local Dealer Food Inc. We are a team that works tightly together, and each person is equally important. We are looking for motivated people to join our close team. You will be involved in the mise n place, running of a section and service, among other responsibilities.
A chef de partie needs to be able to run his/her partie without interference of any other involved. You have full understanding of hygiene and control, food safety, food handling and storage procedures, different food preparations (vegetables, meat, fish).

Van maandag tm zondag tussen 09.00 en 23.00. Idealiter werken we in 2 shifts. Werkrooster is in overleg 4 of 5 dagen per week
