Main tasks
As our production chef de partie you work closely with both your kitchen and front of house colleagues. You increase the quality and continuity in the kitchen by optimizing workflows. At the same time, your efficiency lowers the pressure within the team.
You also support the kitchen staff by
- managing the cold room and storage,
- verifying and managing the product quality,
- following safety and HACCP measures,
- sharing your thorough knowledge of mise-en-place and preparations with (shell)fish, vegetables and meat.
Profile
- You are fluent in English.
- You are a team player who helps a team grow.
- You are willing to develop yourself as well.
- You have experience working with top-quality produce
What's in it for you?
We offer you a fixed (full-time) contract. You will work five days a week, from Wednesday to Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. You will be part of a young, motivated team of professionals, all of which driven to push their limits.
