We are looking for a motivated and responsible Chef de Cuisine to guide our multicultural kitchen brigade and ensure smooth, high-quality service for both our restaurant and banquet operations. Specializing in Belgian cuisine with a twist, “Anna” is the perfect place to indulge in snacks and cocktails, entertain clients over breakfast or dinner, or recharge during a quick business lunch.
Responsibilities As Chef de Cuisine, under the guidance of the F&B Director, you'll take ownership of the kitchen’s operational side. We’re looking for someone who can:

• Guide and support the kitchen team
• Ensure quality mise-en-place and service execution
• Lead with structure, consistency, and a strong sense of urgency
• Provide constructive feedback and foster a positive team spirit
• Be hands-on during peak service times
• Maintain the highest cleanliness and hygiene standards

• Working Hours and Professional Environment: the work schedules vary on operational needs. You may be required to work weekends. This position is full-time.
