LIMA NIKKEI Izakaya is the Peruvian place to be in Antwerp where we serve the most delicious food dishes from the Peruvian cuisine. As a cultural hotspot, Peru is a true blend of different culinary backgrounds and we mainly focus on the fusion with Japan. • Have a well organized mise en place
• Responsible for preparing different kinds of SUSHI rolls, respecting the hygienic norms.
• Work according to established guidelines on quality, portion size, presentation and food safety.
• Responsible for cutting, cleaning and preparing all the ingredients.
• Working with the team to provide perfect service and quality.
• Ensure a clean working environment to prevent food contamination.

• You need to have experience in the kitchen as a SUSHIMAN/WOMAN and be able to work correctly and hygienically.
• You speak minimum one of the following languages perfectly: Dutch, Spanish or English
• You have no problem with a flexible schedule from Monday to Sunday (day/evening)

Beginning of december
