As chef de partie, you are responsible for your own partie (hot or cold side) in the kitchen. You have a leadership position, but are also part of the overall team. You will be involved in the preparation of dishes on a daily basis. If you are ready for it, Nick and his chefs are always open to creative input. Together, you can make sure you have the most complete experience possible. During your service in the kitchen, you will be responsible for the work in your partie and follow the guidelines of the chef.
Your responsibilities:
• Work closely with colleagues in the kitchen and front of house
• Preparing dishes for lunch and dinner
• Mise en place
• Managing and cleaning the kitchen equipment
• Observing safety and HACCP in the kitchen
• Continuously innovate and strive for the perfect service for the guests

The following qualifications are required to perform this job successfully:
• Experience within hospitality in a similar position
• Communicative in English or Dutch
• Enthusiastic, flexible and service minded
• Be able to work under stress
• Groomed appearance, neatness and accuracy
• Solution oriented and hands on mentality
• Willing to develop yourself
• Being able to work in a team
